작년에 싸움에 연류가 돼서 경찰한테 violent conduct로 citation을 받았는데 경찰서 가서 조사를 받거나 지문을 찍지는 않았습니다. 그 이후에 court에 언제까지 출석하라고 나와서 제가 다른 형사 변호사를 통해서 검사한테 No contest 요청했고 판사가 1년동안 무혐의 일 경우 case를 dismiss 해주는것으로 결론이 났어요.
이번에 한국에 방문하고 싶어서 FBI Background Check를 했는데 제가 지문을 안찍어서 그런지 아무런 기록도 없다고 나왔는데 혹시 한국을 갔다가 돌아올때 FBI 기록이 없어도 입국 심사대에서 불리하게 작용할까요? 그리고 지금 현재 기록이 없어도 case dismiss 이후에 경찰이나 법원에서 제 case를 update 하게 되면 dismiss 상태여도 입국에 제한이 있을까요?
