버라이존에서 뜬금없는 고지서가 날아왔어요. 제 명의로 전화번호 3개가 개설되었다고 밀린 금액을 납부하라고 합니다.
가족의 이름으로 저희 가족 플랜으로 사용하고 있기 때문에 제이름으로 개설을 한적이 없습니다.
영어가 안되는 저는 아들의 도움을 받아 전화를 했지만 그곳에서는 문제가 없다는겁니다. 버라이존에서는 경찰서에 가서 리포트를 받아 오라고 하는데 경찰서에서는 버라이존에 전화를 해서 해결하라고 합니다 . 이럴경우 어떻게 해결해야 할까요?
